Wake Forest Men’s Tennis Announces 2021 Schedule
WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — The Wake Forest men’s tennis team announced their 2021 spring schedule on Wednesday.
The Demon Deacon schedule starts on Saturday with matches against Charlotte and Gardner-Webb at the Wake Forest Tennis Center.
“It’s been a long break since our last match in March but our team is excited and ready to compete. As always, the ACC looks to be one of the strongest conferences in the nation. We have an extremely strong out of conference schedule which should help prepare us for our challenging conference play in March and April. Our team is excited to start competing this Saturday and hopefully for a long and healthy spring season,” Coach Bresky said.
Wake Forest Athletics will continue to follow the state’s guidance to preserve the safety of its student-athletes, coaches, staff and the entire University and Winston-Salem community. At this time, there will be no fans permitted at the Indoor Tennis Center.
Atlantic Coast Conference play is scheduled to begin on Feb. 4 when the Deacs travel Virginia. The Demon Deacons open their ACC home slate on Feb. 19 against Notre Dame.
The ACC Championships will be held this year at the Rome Tennis Center at Berry College in Rome, Ga., from April 21-25.
