Tigers get win on Opening Day, fans without tickets stay away from Detroit

Opening Day is officially here and, while it’s not like Opening Day in the past, fans were allowed in the stadium. Typically, the streets around Comerica Park would be packed with fans tailgating or hitting the bars. But Mayor Mike Duggan pleaded for that not to happen amid the spike in COVID-19 cases in Michigan. It appears they listened.
