It was wet and miserable on Friday at Torrey Pines, but Saturday brings improved weather and optimism as Moving Day gets underway at the 2021 Farmers Insurance Open. After a tremendous 65, Viktor Hovland rocketed into the lead at 9 under through 36 holes and hopes to hold that advantage despite a stacked leaderboard.
Jon Rahm, Adam Scott and Tony Finau lead a large pack one shot back of Hovland, while others like Rory McIlroy are just a few shots back but nevertheless in striking distance. What will go down Saturday as one of the first big-time events of 2021 sets the stage for a tremendous final round?
